Course Description:

This 3-week course is designed to equip leaders to function effectively in teams by learning how to work together in unity. Students will explore the importance of self-awareness, healthy communication, and spiritual development as foundations for working alongside other leaders. Biblical principles such as honor, submission, and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit will be emphasized, along with understanding how leadership styles, strengths, and weaknesses contribute to team dynamics. Above all, this course calls leaders to prioritize the character of Christ over personality, cultivating a team culture that reflects His nature and advances His purposes.

By the end of this course, participants will:

  • Function effectively within a team by developing self-awareness, practicing healthy communication, and leading alongside others with unity and honor.

  • Demonstrate spiritual maturity in leadership by cultivating the fruit of the Spirit, honoring authority, and yielding to the movement of the Holy Spirit.

  • Identify and align leadership styles with Christlike character rather than personal preference, allowing unity in Christ and purpose to guide team dynamics.
